Our shipping policy is as follows:
- For orders within India, we offer free shipping for orders above Rs. 1000. For orders below Rs. 1000, we charge a flat rate of Rs. 100 for shipping.
- For international orders, we charge a flat rate of $20 for shipping, regardless of the order value.
- We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- We provide tracking information for all orders, which can be accessed through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
- We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier service, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the destination country on international orders. The customer is solely responsible for paying these charges upon delivery.
- We accept returns and exchanges of unopened and unused products within 15 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs and ensuring that the products are returned in their original condition and packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products, unless they are defective or damaged. In such cases, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of the defect or damage. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund, as per our discretion.
